I spent the afternoon shooting Montreal’s Les Georges Leningrad for a CBC session back in December, and it was really interesting to watch them transform from “regular” (though eccentric) folk into their stage personas. Thing is, that was only the half of it. There’s only so much you can bring out in a studio with no audience. So I hit up their show at Sneaky Dee’s later that evening and it was total craziness. Their show is quite the experience.
LOVE the site Carrie!!! I’m curious…are the “Upcoming shows” on the right just as an FYI, or will you be shooting them? I can’t wait to see the Snow Patrol show, mainly because the Silversun Pickups are opening. Great stuff here. I’m adding a link on my blogs too.
